Client Advocacy Services are available through prepaid support, or through our Pay-As-You-Go Program.

  • Telephone support is available Monday through Friday 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time; emergency service is available 24/7.

  • Internet support via encrypted help desk server is available 24/7/365.

  • If you are not currently enrolled in a support plan, please contact Customer Support to select the service plan that best suits your needs.

Phone Consultations on Unlimited Matters  
As a member, you can consult with your Provider Specialist toll free by phone on any personal, employment, or business plan-related matter. Just call our toll-free number during regular business hours when you have a problem or question.  
   
Phone Calls and Letters...  
A phone call or letter from your Provider Specialist can get you the results you want fast. Your Provider Specialist will recommend a letter or phone call when that is the best step for you. One call or letter per personal subject related matter is free with your annual membership. Plus, you'll receive two business letters each year at no additional cost! Additional assistance for same subject at 25% discount.  
   
Contract and Document Review...  
You can have an unlimited number of personal legal documents, up to ten pages each, reviewed by your Provider Specialist. Included each year is one business or school-related document review at no additional cost!
